"Familiar accusations are spoken by the enemy."
"I know the truth that these accusations are just lies, but
I’ve heard them for most of my life.
It’s in the unrelenting campaign of the enemy that I find myself
embracing the lies as truth that lead me down a well-worn and darkened
path. Behind these aged old lies is a
wooer, who calls me back into darkness from my freedom with an invitation to
stay. In that invitation, I find fear
and anxiety with a death grip that suffocates the Lord’s calling and steals
precious sleep."
